The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.183 of 2025, under Section 7 Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station Kadaura, District Jalaun during pendency of the trial. 3. As per prosecution case, one Shri Vivek Kumar, son of Shri Yogendra Singh, contractor, filed a complaint on 25.11.2025 before the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Establishment, Jhansi. The complaint alleged that a tender for interlocking road construction at Junior High School, Village Dhamna, was awarded to his firm. After completion of work, payment of Rs.8,78,262/- was pending.
