The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants Pradeep Prajapati and Devendra, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 0460 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 132, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 324(5) of B.N.S. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, registered at Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh, during pendency of the trial. 3.
