The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.283 of 2025, under Sections 333, 191(2), 125, 115(2), 118(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Jamunapar, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant alongwith others made assault and due to which one person sustained injury and also as per allegation applicant caused eye injury through brick to the injured but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 5.
