Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Vishal @ Shubhnit Trivedi with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 26 of 2024 under Sections 344, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and 66D of Information of Tenchnology Act, registered at Police Station Rajepur, District Farrukhabad during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the applicant was not arrested on the spot and his name has surfaced only in the confessional statements of co-accused Jainendra, Gajend
