The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.92 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station Shankargarh, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation through the statement of co-accused he has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
