The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 170 of 2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS and Section 4/25 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Shoratgarh, District Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
