The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 765 of 2025, under Section 274 BNS and Sections 60, 60(2) of UP Excise Act, registered at Police Station Chaubedpur, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that that the applicant is aged about 19 years and as per FIR 20 liters of adulterated illicit liquor and some incriminating materials are said to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
