The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 689 of 2025, under Section 2/3 (1) of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at P.S. Dadri, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicants are on bail in two cases each shown against them in the gang chart and apart from above the applicant no. 1 is having four other cases and he is on bail in all the four cases.
