The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.362 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 131, 109(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Nakur, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3.
