The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Kanishk, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 204 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 131, 109(1), 115(2), 351(3) BNS, registered at Police Station Purkaji, District Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that co accused Vikas and Rahul have already been granted bail by coordinate bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4954 of 2026 vide order dated 18.03.2026 Criminal Mi
