The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Ilyas, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/8 Cow Slaughter Act & 11 Animal Cruelty Act & 325 BNS, registered at Police Station Highway, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3.
