The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Dharmpal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.256 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i) and 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Dhanari, District- Sambhal, during pendency of trial. 4. Tersely, as per allegation contained in the FIR, the accused-applicant and the other co-accused persons, who are named in the FIR, are the members of a gang and they have committed serious offence against the society. 5.
