This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Nijamuddin @ Somman seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.837 of 2025 under Sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. 3.Tersely, as per allegation contained in the FIR, the accused-applicant and co-accused person were involved in committing the offence under NDPS Act and 151.200 kg of contraband Ganja was said to be recovered from a pick-up vehicle bearing Registration No.UP 51 CT 1723 and, thus, joint recovery from the possession of the accused-applicant and co- accused Pradeep Chaudhary was shown. 4.
