The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 528 of 2019, under Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B, 427, 506, 389 IPC, Police Station- Naubasta, District-Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the allegation against the applicant is that she was witness of the sale deed dated 29.01.2024 which was executed by Tara Devi, who is imposter of the actual Tara Devi, who had already died, in favour of the co-accused Sanjeev Sonkar.
