The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2025, under Sections- 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., Police Station- Rail Bazar, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, the applicant had taken a sum of Rs. 20,000/- from the first informant for ensuring the allotment of a house under the Garib Awas Yojana, but despite receiving the aforesaid amount, the applicant could not secure the allotment.
