The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.370 of 2025, under Sections 331(4), 305 and 317(2) BNS, Police Station Gursahaiganj, District Kannauj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, it is a case of theft and on the basis of false allegation, during investigation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter and even all the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate. 4. He next argued, apart from the present case applicant is having criminal history of 29 other cases but his criminal history has been duly explained in the supplementary affidavit dated 05.01.2026 and in all the cases, he is on bail and majority of the cases were of theft in which he has been made accused during investigation. 5.
