The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 217 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Sections 4/25 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Chitbadagaon, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
