The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 232 of 2024, under Sections 85, 80 (2), 238 (B), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Nidhauli Kalan, District Eath during pendency of the trial. 5.
