The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Omprakash Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 6577 of 20255, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 666D of the I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Karvi, District Chitrakoot during pendency of the trial. 3.
