The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Rahul @ Ankush, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 825 of 2025, under Sections 352, 351(3), 115(2), 109(1) BNS and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3.
