The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.195 of 2025, under Sections 308(5), 333, 324(4), 352,115(2), 351(2) BNS, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, as per allegation applicant made demand of Rs.50,000/- from the informant and also threatened him but entire allegation made against the applicant are totally false. 4.
