The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0306 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 352, 115(2), 109(2), 324(4) of B.N.S., Police Station- Mirza Murad, District- Varanasi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated, though, there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that in the FIR as well as statement of the injured, general allegation has been made against six persons. It is further submitted that all injuries are non vital part except of the injury caused to
