This is the second bail application moved on behalf of accused-applicant Sandeep Gupta seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.302 of 2024, under Sections 323, 308, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali, District Maharajganj. First bail application has been rejected by Hon.Sanjay Kumar Singh, J. vide order dated 23.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.29066 of 2025. 4.
