The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Ranjeet Chauhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 500 of 2024, under Sections 2(B)(7), 3(1), 2(B)(XI), 2(B)(XXV) of the U.P. Gangsters And Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial. 4.
