The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Musatakeem, with a prayer to release him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 470 of 2013 arising out of Case Crime No. 90 of 2013, under Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Etah, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant was on bail but due to his non appearance, non-bailable warrant was issued against him on 17.2.2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 27.10.2025 and he undertakes that he will not misuse the liberty, if granted.
