The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Akhilesh Chauhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Crime No. 0149 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Go-Vadh Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1955 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, registered at Police Station Bankata, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
