The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Akhilesh Chauhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Crime No. 0149 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Go-Vadh Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1955 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, registered at Police Station Bankata, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 3.
