The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.319 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. Police Station Teelamod, District Ghaziabad. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR; subsequently on the basis of statement of two eye-witnesses namely Golu and Kallu, name of the applicant surfaced, wherein allegation has been made that co-accused Ajju has fired upon the deceased on the extortion of the present applicant and co-accused Mohit, after some scuffling took place between them.
