The present bail application has been filed by the applicant-Manu Kanaujiya alias Kaju, aged about 34 years, seeking bail in FIR/Case Crime No. 0061 of 2025, under Sections 70(1), 64(2)da, 351(3) BNS, Police Station-Kotwali Tanda, District- Ambedkar Nagar. 3. While pressing the application for bail, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. 4. It is also stated that co-accused Satish Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3572 of 2025.
