The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 376 of 2025, under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 345(3), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Hapur Dehat, District Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 4.
