This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Haripratap Singh @ Rinku seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.583 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) B.N.S., P.S. Akrabad, District Aligarh. 3.Tersely, as per allegations contained in the F.I.R., rider of Swift New Model no.UP81 8089 has caused firearm injury to the injured Ajay Sharma. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
