The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 1999, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at Police Station Vrindavan, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant was granted bail in this case and non bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant and he did not appear before the learned trial Court.
