Heard Sri Vineet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Manoj Gautam, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Manoj Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 529 of 2025, under Sections 7/8/11/13 of U.P. Public Examination Adhiniyam, registered at Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the as per the allegations in the first information report the applicant was arrested while taking examination in place of co- accused Dharmendra Kumar. It is furthe
