The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Heman Barman, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2024, under Section 318(4) B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown person and during investigation of Case Crime No. 21 of 2024 the applicant was arrested and he has been implicated in his confessional statement.The applicant is languishing in jail since 7.12.2024. 4.
