The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Heman Barman, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2024, under Section 318(4) B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons and during investigation one witness Sanjuma was said to be the account holder of the beneficiary's account and it is stated that the applicant had taken her pass book and ATM on the pretext of getting a loan sanctioned and the applicant has committed cyber fraud. 4.
