Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR dated 08.1.2026 has been lodged under sections 64 (1), 140 (3), 61 (2) of the B.N.S. (corresponding old sections 376, 365 and 120 B of IPC) against the two named accused persons including the present applicant alleging therein that the applicant and another co-accused on 04.01.2026 at around 6 PM after enticing the sister of the informant, who is aged about 20 years of age, ran away with her.
