Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant who has filed supplementary affidavit which is taken on record, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that on 25.10.2025 at about 7.45p.m., 5-6 persons riding on a motorcycle with an intent to kill have fired on the injured who sustained a pellet injury in the head and chest. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the injured while making improvement has also made general allegation in his statement to the investigating officer. He could not assign any good reason for not naming the applicant in the first information report. Specific role of causing gun shot injury has been assigned on the co- accused Mandeep.Although there were four pellet injuries suffered by the injured in the supplementary report, no injury has
