By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No.618/2025, Under Sections 69, 351(3), 352, 64(1) BNS, Police Station - Inayatnagar, District - Ayodhya, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. The F.I.R. dated 25.12.2025 has been lodged under Sections 69, 352, 351(3) BNS and after investigation the chargesheet has been filed under sections mentioned in the F.I.R. and Section 64(1) BNS with the allegation that the applicant has outraged modesty of the informant on the pretext of false promise of marriage and after exploiting her refused to marry after six years of relationship. 4.
