The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.117 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Lalganj, District Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only one has been shown against the applicant, in which his bail application is pending consideration. Except the present case shown in the gang chart, one another case i.e. Case Crime No.750/2021 under Sections 147, 352, 427, 504, 506, Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh in which till date, no summon or notice has been served to the applicant.
