Chauhan, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Shatrughna Yadav, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.219 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 115(2), 351(2), 131, 109, 110 BNS, Police Station Faizganj Behata, District Budaun, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of general and omnibus allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with 41 others and even similarly placed co-accused Veeresh and Atul have been released on bail vide separate orders dated 08.01.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.44766 of 2025 and 41953 of 2025 respectively. 4. He next argued, however, apart from the present case applicant is having criminal
