This bail application has been moved by the accused/applicant- Md. Wasim Jabed for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 728 of 2025, under Sections 8/18/60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Madiyaon, District Lucknow, during trial. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant while pressing the bail application submits that the accused-applicant has falsely been implicated in the instant case and nothing as alleged by the prosecution has been recovered from his possession. 4.
