Heard learned counsel for the applicant, as well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in F.I.R No. 524 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 352 B.N.S, Police Station Bhadokhar District Rae Bareli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 4. It is further stated according to F.I.R. the incident occurred on 27.11.2025, however, the F.I.R. was lodged on 02.12.2025. Thus, there is sufficient delay in lodging the F.I.R. which is fatal to the story of prosecution. 5.
