The applicant is an illiterate lady aged about 40 years. She is not named in the first information report. Her name has surfaced during investigation on the basis of statement of co-accused persons. Charge sheet has been filed. No role has been attributed to the applicant while filing the charge sheet. The applicant is neither the executant of the sale deed nor has gained any monetary benefit.
