Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in F.I.R./Case Crime No.0293 of 2024, under Sections- 3(5), 238(a), 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Haidergarh, District- Barabanki. 3. While pressing the instant application, the learned counsel for the applicant stated that the applicant is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. 4. It is further stated that co-accused persons namely Sunil Singh, Sanjay Singh and Shyamu Singh have already been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 18.11.2025, 17.11.2025 and 27.01.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 2611 of 2025, 11080 of 2024 and 12140 of 2025, as such the applicant is also entitled to be released on bai
