Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.67 of 2025, under Section 2/3 (1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Dhammaur, District Sultanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only one case has been shown against the applicant, in which he has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, copy of which is being annexed as Annexure No.3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Co accused Minhaz Khan has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 22.1.2026 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.397 of 2026. The applicant is in jail since 10.7.2026.
