Heard Sri Hariom Rai, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.167 of 2021, under Sections 304, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sikandarpur, District Kasganj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.52304 of 2023 and the following order was passed:- "1. List has been revised. None is present on behalf of the informant. 2. There is an illness slip of Sri Hardev Prajapati, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant. 3. A
