The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.0015 of 2023, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Chhapiya, District- Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, one case bearing Case Crime No.163 of 2022, under Sections 302, 506, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Chhapiya, District- Gonda, has been shown against the applicant and in the said case, the applicant has been enlarged on bail.
