The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail during trial in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 31 of 2026, under sections 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Kotwali Rudauli, District- Ayodhya. As per prosecution version, the contraband substance, i.e. 1250 gm of Ganja is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. The alleged recovery is false and planted. Further, the recovered contraband is slightly above the small quantity. There is no independent witness to the said recovery. There is no compliance of Sectio
