The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 14/2026, under Sections- 137(2), 87, 64(1) B.N.S. and Section- 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Padua, District- Lakhimpur Kheri. 4.
