Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Asgar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 297 of 2025, under Sections 325 of B.N.S. and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, registered at Police Station Chharra, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motives.
