The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.05 of 2025, under Sections 326(g) BNS, Police Station Nibohara, District Agra, during pendency of the trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, as per allegation applicant burnt the shop of the informant but there is no evidence which can suggest that applicant burnt the shop and it appears due to previous enmity he has been made accused in the present matter. 6.
